Mini Monkey Gym Terms and Conditions of Booking and Class Participation

1. The adult attending classes with the child enrolled is responsible for the child at all times.

2. Mini Monkey Gym provides public liability insurance. It is understood by members enrolling that they accept the insurance cover provided.

3. Missed classes due to illness or absence can only be made up on a different day, spaces permitting. Make up classes must be made within the same booked term/month and missed classes cannot roll over into the next term/month.

4. Classes are paid for either by monthly subscription or termly, in advance. No refunds can be given for missed classes.

5. A Mini Monkey Gym membership is not transferable between children and is non-refundable.

6. In the final month before the end of term we will give you the chance to secure your child’s place for the next terms classes, secure your monthly space in your current class or move up a class. Current members will always get priority to move up to a new class before we take bookings from new members. If termly, full payment for the next term is to be made a week before the current term ends in order to secure your child’s place.

7. Mini Monkey Gym reserves the right to change locations, days and times at their discretion.

8. If a class is cancelled due to teacher illness/emergency we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible and offer a Mini Monkey Gym class voucher, or access to a make up class, for the session affected.

9. Classes must be pre-booked, are age specific and a one-on-one session (with the exception of twins or our Family Monkey class). Older or younger siblings may not accompany members, with the exception of babies under 6 months who must be in a car seat or baby sling for the duration of the class.

10. For safety we ask mobile children to be bare foot on the equipment to ensure safer climbing and for hygiene purposes that adults wear socks during the class.
