Mini Monkey Yoga Terms and Conditions
These terms have been updated in 2020 to reflect the current pandemic and associated government health guidance. Please note the following points in addition to our standard class terms and condition. For any further clarification please speak to your session leader.
All yoga sessions will be conducted in line with government guidelines. The session leader will have a certification in Infection Control, approved by the CAA (Children’s Activity Association UK) to reassure families that sessions will operate responsibly and safely.
To continue to run safely we will be implementing the following:
- Session leader taking lateral flow tests twice weekly
- Small groups of up to 15 children
- Sanitising of all yoga mats and props after each session
- Hand gel and sanitising wipes available at each session
Our standard Mini Monkey Yoga Terms:
1. Classes and After School Clubs run termly, payment is made before the start of the term to secure your place
2. You can join at any point during the term (spaces permitting) and pay for the remainder of the term
3. Payments can be made by cash or online bank transfer
4. Children should wear comfortable clothing with no shoes and socks for their lesson
5. For after school clubs children can wear their school uniform with no shoes and socks
6. Parents/Guardians should inform the yoga teacher of any health issues that may be relevant
7. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child’s safety before and after yoga class times
8. School teachers are responsible for children’s safety before after school club and parents after
9. Parents/Guardians accept that at times there will be physical contact between the yoga teacher and their child, which will always be carried out in a professional and caring manner
10. In the unlikely event of “last minute” lesson time change/cancellation, you will be notified by us, by text message, with as much notice as possible.
11. In the unlikely event of lesson cancellations by us, you will be credited for that lesson
12. If you/your child misses a lesson due to illness or any other reason you will not be refunded but you may be able to attend a catch up lesson where there is space within the same term
13. If insufficient numbers are booked into your class/after school club, we may have to cancel the class/club for the rest of the term. In this instance you will be fully refunded for any remaining lessons after the term cancellation has occurred.
14. Last of all, remember to have lots of monkey fun!
